Position Overview:Do you enjoy selling into medical practices? Are you money motivate and have a desire to help physicians and their staff work more efficiently, increase patient care, and improve the financial performance of the practice? Our HIT Solutions Specialists are responsible for developing new business relationships and selling EMR solutions to Central Florida's medical practices. With over 17,000 providers in Central Florida, there is no lack of potential clients.
We are looking to hire two individuals who can actively and aggressively produce results through the use of business development, prospecting, cold calling, and lead acquisition strategies. The selected individuals will possess several years of outside B2B sales experience. Prior healthcare sales experience is preferred but not required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an effective territory sales plan ensuring monthly sales and demo quotas are attained or exceeded
- Cold calling and in person prospecting for new business
- Develop and maintain effective referral networks to help achieve your monthly sales quotas
- Conduct onsite and online demonstrations of the EMR product to prospective clients
- Work with management to develop proposals and contracts as part of the sales cycle
- Become a product expert with the EMR solution you sell
- Maintain records of all activities in the company's PSA system
- Actively participate in weekly sales and product training meetings
- Respond to company generated leads within the time constraints set forth by the company
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete all company offered training in a timely manner
- Document all sales activities in a manner consistent with company policies
- Enter time and approved expenses in a timely manner in the company's PSA system
- Work with marketing to develop and launch effective campaigns for lead development and sales nurturing
- Conduct post mortem reviews of all lost sales with management to determine key lessons learned and methods of overcoming key objections
- Actively participate in weekly sales round table designed to share sales and prospecting best practices
- Attend trade shows and other sales events as assigned
- Some overnight travel may be required (less than 10%)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Prior, verifiable outside sales experience with a track record of attaining and exceeding sales quotas
- Sales closing experience
- Prospecting and effective cold calling experience
- Good negotiation skills
- High energy and drive
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
- Ability to deliver in person presentations to senior level decision makers and physicians
- Experience using business software applications including, MS Office, CRM, GoToMeeting, sales proposal generators, etc.
- High level of personal integrity
- Must possess reliable transportation and be able to furnish a copy of your auto insurance to the company upon hire
This is an outside sales position that will require a significant amount of personal prospecting and cold calling. We are looking for aggressive sales professionals who can carry the sale from prospecting phase through to contract closing. If you have a verifiable background with these skills and are motivated by uncapped commissions then we want to speak with you.

Commissions: Uncapped
