However, if remote support is not feasible or unsuccessful due to connectivity issues, then a technician will be dispatched to your location to resolve the issue. Under this type of support, our authorized technicians will pro-actively diagnose and resolve any issues you may have at that current time, whether it is part of a monthly maintenance or a normal on-site visit. Your desktops, laptops and servers, as part of this support plan, will have regular security and software patches downloaded from Microsoft, system tune-ups, Anti-virus management, as well as a full diagnosis of all computer parts and peripherals. Onsite visits are chargeable by hourly increments, while remote support is not.

Unlimited On-site and Remote support plan:

Unlimited On-site and Remote Support Plan is based on the present infrastructure, such as the number of computers and servers at the client's office. Under this plan, you will receive all the above facilities mentioned for the remote support, as well as any required on-site support and troubleshooting as mentioned at the time of contract. On-site or remote charges are not paid if this plan has been purchased. However, if a plan was not selected, then the prevailing rates of remote or on-site support are charged on an hourly basis. All the computers, servers and network related issues are managed by our highly skilled engineers.
